Handicap Parking

“The time is always right to do what is right.”

I was at a store yesterday getting gas when this guy in a BMW pulled in and took up two handicap parking spots right in front of the store. Anyone who knows me understands how much this kind of behavior irritates me. I parked my car, got out, and checked to see if there were any handicap plates or hang tags on his vehicle. My plan was to wait until he came out of the store and confront him.

As I saw him leaving the store, I got out of my car and approached him, calling out, “Excuse me!” As he walked in front of his car, he turned to look at me and accidentally slammed his head right into the metal handicap sign, nearly knocking himself to the ground. Bent over in pain, he looked at me and grumbled, “What?!”

I simply replied, “Never mind,” and returned to my car. It seemed like fate had its own way of dealing with this person.
